DI PRENOTAZIONE E PAGAMENTI
1. Sending of booking request with personal datas.
We request you to verify that the information you sent
to us in your booking request is correct, with special
attention to your e-mail address. If you detect any
mistake please send it again.
2. Answering/reply time
After checking the availability for your requested
service, in the maximum time of three workdays, you will
receive our answer (per e-mail) to your booking request.
3. Validation and payment of the reservation
In case of availability for your booking request, we
will send you the total cost (VAT 7 % included / Ecotasa
not included
www.ecotaxa.org ) in our answer with a
reference-number.
You should realize the payment, in maximum two workdays
by sending a money order or bank swift transference to
our bank account.
The lack of payment in the established term, will take
as a result the automatic cancellation of the
reservation.
All bank fees and expenses should be paid by sender.
No reservation will be valid and effective before
receiving total payment. In case of mistake in our
valuations, these always will be capable of amendment
paying the client the correct price.
4. Acceptance of booking requests
Booking requests will not be accepted with less than 7
workdays to the date of arrival of the client.
5. Description of hotels
Certain services of the hotel can have extra charges
that will have to be paid directly from the client (Billiards,
tennis, saunas etc.)
